I went in around lunchtime to try source a trailer as I had to urgently get one, for a drive from Brisbane to WA that afternoon. Despite a fully booked workshop they were able to help me get the trailer I needed, squeeze it in to get a few modifications done (Canvas cover, upgraded wheels) all within a couple of hours. Kevin was a delight and couldn’t be more impressed with his genuine care factor and understanding. Thanks mate and to the team

Great team, good trailer. Staff are polite and efficient. I bought a 7x4 late in December for delivery in January and paid for 12m rego. In the new year they offered buyers free 12m rego...when I quipped that I should have waited till January they refunded the difference! GREAT customer focus.
