FREE Shipping Offer

We normally process all orders and dispatch within 1 to 3 working days.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to TAS, Regional SA, WA & NT customers due to the nature of the product. We still be able to ship to your area, a shipping quote may be provided at your request. If you decide not to proceed, a full refund will be provided.
A surcharge may also apply to regional QLD, NSW, VIC customers while local contractors are used away from major depots.

Shipping Time

General shipping time is around 7-14 business days. Pick-ups and Deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please contact our sales staff to confirm shipping details.

Orders are processed as soon as we confirmed the payment, typically within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We partner with major requested carriers to carefully look after the transportation of your order. TNT, TOLL, NORTHLINE, COURIERS PLEASE, Bluestar to name a few. Customers are request to leave their email to receive tracking details. Courier and freight delivery times vary and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date so we recommend you allow plenty of time for your order to reach you, particularly if you live in WA, NT or regional areas. If you need an item urgently, please contact the sales team and we can advise (or quote) on the quickest (or cheapest) expedite courier. Stonegate is not liable for any missing or damaged items, please make sure the address you provided is accessible and contact details are correct.

Availability

To find out stock availability, simply complete the enquiry form on the website, send us an email or ring us on 07 3800 1283. Our sales team will provide the latest stock level or if the item is on backorder. If the product ordered is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise the shipping date or offer alternative product/refund.

Return

We will gladly accept return of products and issue refunds if you change your mind, subject to the following and payment of a non-refundable collection fee of $100 or the amount of the original delivery fee for special circumstances that a fee may have occurred, whichever is greater:

  1. if your product remains boxed and unopened you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for it to be collected and returned to the warehouse, inspected and if deemed still suitable for sale you will have the choice of credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee; or
  2. if your product has been unboxed but otherwise is as new and has not been used you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for it to be collected and returned to the warehouse, inspected and if deemed unused and without damage you will have a choice of credit or refund less a 30% restocking fee.

We will not accept for return any product that has been used or installed or where you have attempted to install it, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product. If your product is eligible for return pursuant to above (1) and (2), please contact us in store or via telephone 07 3800 1283 or e-mail: [email protected]

You must adequately package any product you are returning for our collection to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. All original items including all parts and accessories must be returned for the product to be deemed intact. We will arrange for any products you want returned to be collected, usually within 7 business days.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale.

COVID-19 Freight Update

The estimated delivery times outlined below might be increased during the current COVID-19 crisis. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period or uncontrollable timeframes.

In-Store Pickup (All Stonegate Industries Products)

Pick up locations available in Coopers Plains (Head Office), Strathpine (North Brisbane Store) or Molendinar (Gold Coast Store).
Pickup location will be confirmed upon placing an order.
Please have the order confirmation / invoice number ready before calling or visiting our stores.

Return (Trailers and Campers)

As registrable vehicles, no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Customers have to inspect the condition of the trailer upon pickup. Report to us within 7 days for initial fault. Our staff will then examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty, if the trailer cannot be repaired or exchanged, a full refund will be given. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
