Just purchased 8x5 Heavy Duty Trailer from Stonegate at Coopers Plains. Alex gave us great service from the initial quote to pick up and taking it home yesterday. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Staff at Brendale are amazing. Someone had taken one of the d-shackles from my trailer. Went to purchase another one from Brendale, and WOW the staff member gave it to me. This just does not happen. So pleased that we purchased our trailer from these guys.

After being bitterly disappointed with a competitors customer service and build quality I ended up calling into Stonegate Towoomba . Great helpful and friendly staff had a new 12 x 7 trailer ready and all the paper work rego etc done in no time . I walked into Stonegate trailers this morning as i had broken my number plate light holder and was impressed with the salesman as he handed me a replacement at no cost.
picked up my car trailer from CHAN he is very helpfull and couteous, so if you need a trailer CHAN is your man Bruce is ok but not Bruce Lee so CHAN is the man for trailers very good quality
Brought a Boat Trailer out of Brendale store from Kris. Delivered on date as promised/ good handover & walkaround / only new but everything seems well put together and it's running great.
I own a Toucana teardrop caravan manufactured by this company 6 years ago it has accompanied me on a lap of Australia and survived the Australian outback without any serious concerns. Collected my 4500 Boat Trailer from Stonegate Industries Toowoomba today, could not be more happier with the quality and the price.Decided at last minute to add a luggage rack. Bruce and the team assembled and fitted it to the boat trailer cheerfully and professionally ( even though this is normally done at another location).Towed the trailer back home to South Burnett area. The trailer tracked beautifully and sat on the road no bouncing or crabbing.I would highly recommend checking out Stonegate Industries if in the market for Trailers, cost and quality wise it was definitely worth the drive to Toowoomba for me.
