Introduction
The following information relates to warranties offered by Stonegate Industries. Please read all information carefully and should you have any questions relating to any aspect of this section, please contact Stonegate Industries. By purchasing a toolbox / Ute tray from Stonegate Industries, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions of warranty as set out herein.
Warranty
We offer 12 months warranty for all our toolboxes and ute trays. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, any damage caused by natural disaster or severe weather events.
We do not offer a warranty for any surface damage that occurs to any toolbox, including scratches rust or any other surface defect that occurs over time. Any defect found within 7 days of receiving the toolbox must be reported immediately to us, by either calling (07) 3800 1283 or emailing [email protected] otherwise the defect will be considered natural wear and tear.
The warranty will not cover any freight or postage cost at both ends. Customer will have to inspect the condition of the item upon pickup and report to us within 7 days for initial fault. Warranty claim generally takes a few business days.
Please kindly retain your sales invoice as a proof of purchase and must be presented when making a warranty claim. Toolboxes and UTE trays must be returned to Stonegate Industries for warranty work to be done.
Inspection and Maintenance
1. Upon receipt, please inspect the condition of the product. Please also check the following before use. Tyre must be checked before use.
- Nuts and bolts.
- Moving positions.
- Any bending, breakage or leakage.
- Lights and wiring.
