As mentioned on our Facebook Page on May 1, 2020, we are increasing our recommended retail price on base units of our Tucana Camper range. The new price of $27,999 will apply to all orders due for delivery after October, 2020. As October orders have been taken, all new orders from June, 2020, will be offered at the new recommended retail price. The price increase ensures the same level of high quality and use of the same raw materials, while also absorbing the increase of costs on delivery, parts and other market factors have affected the production and retail of our products.
Note: This price increase won’t effect prices on our list of optional extras, apart from the fridges, which will increase from July 1, 2020.
Inverter-Charger System:
We upgraded our inverter and charger last December to a Voltech Inverter with control panel and a Ctek Charger. ELECTROPARTS – the supplier of Voltech, decided to discontinue the current model we use in May, 2020. Comparison of replacement system by Victron is listed below:

📣 The instant asset write-off threshold has been increased from $30,000 to $150,000 and expanded access to include businesses with aggregated annual turnover of less than $500 million (up from $50 million). This applies from 12 March 2020 until 31 December 2020, for new or second‑hand assets first used or installed ready for use in this timeframe.
✅ The higher Instant Asset Write-Off (IAWO) threshold provides cash flow benefits for businesses that will be able to immediately deduct purchases of eligible assets each costing less than $150,000. The threshold applies on a per asset basis, so eligible businesses can immediately write‑off multiple assets.
